Day-by-Day Itinerary
Marrakech to Dades Valley
Early departure from Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260m). Stop at Ait Benhaddou UNESCO kasbah for photos and exploration. Continue through the Valley of Roses to Dades Valley. Dramatic rock formations and stunning gorges. Overnight in comfortable hotel with valley views. Traditional dinner.

Dades to Merzouga - Camel Trek & Desert Camp
Drive through Todra Gorge with its towering 300m cliffs. Continue through Erfoud (fossil town) to Merzouga. Arrive afternoon at edge of Erg Chebbi dunes. Begin camel trek into the Sahara, watching the sun set over golden dunes. Arrive at traditional Berber camp. Enjoy Berber music, tagine dinner, and stargazing. Sleep in comfortable nomad tents.

Desert Sunrise - Return to Marrakech
Wake before dawn to climb the dunes and watch spectacular Sahara sunrise. Camel ride back to Merzouga. Breakfast and shower. Begin return journey to Marrakech.
