This tour combines cultural exploration with natural wonders - from the ancient kasbah of Ait Benhaddou to the towering walls of Todra Gorge, culminating in a camel trek across the majestic Sahara dunes.
Depart Marrakech early, crossing the spectacular Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260m) through the High Atlas Mountains. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, famous filming location for Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and many Hollywood movies. Continue through Ouarzazate (Morocco's Hollywood) and the Valley of Roses to reach Dades Valley. Marvel at the unique rock formations called "Monkey Fingers".

Morning walk through Dades Gorge. Continue to Todra Gorge, where 300-meter-high limestone cliffs create one of Morocco's most dramatic canyons. Walk through the gorge and enjoy mint tea with locals. Pass through Erfoud, known for fossils and dates, before arriving in Merzouga. Meet your camel caravan for a sunset trek into Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the spectacular desert sunset before arriving at your traditional Berber camp.

Wake early to witness magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, explore the desert - visit nomadic Berber families, discover the seasonal desert lakes (if present), try sandboarding on the dunes, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility. Option to visit the Gnawa music village of Khamlia for authentic performance. Climb the highest dunes for panoramic views. Evening Berber music and dinner around the campfire.
